Ever wanted to ask a Ham Radio manufacturing company a question about the equipment it designs, manufactures, and sells? Maybe you’ve always wanted to say how much you appreciate the transceiver, amp, filter, or paddle you’ve used for years?
Well, here’s your chance.
DX Engineering’s new Facebook Live show, DXE Vendor Showcase, will shine a spotlight every week on the companies that produce both venerated amateur gear and the latest innovations for operators around the world. Hosted by Tim Duffy, K3LR, DX Engineering CEO, the show will air Thursdays at 2:30 pm Eastern Time on the DX Engineering Facebook page. Representatives from the biggest names in Ham Radio—as well as smaller and emerging manufacturers—will be interviewed and given an opportunity to respond to questions from viewers during the hour-long broadcast.
“DX Engineering is proud to carry the very best products from more than 150 Ham Radio manufacturing companies—each one with a unique story to tell,” Duffy said. “We’ll be talking about how they started in the hobby, the gear that put them on the map, and what operators can anticipate from them in the days ahead. It’s going to be insightful and a great deal of fun.”
Here is the DXE Vendor Showcase schedule for August:
- August 13—Ray Novak, N9JA, National Sales Manager, Icom America
- August 20—Patrick Bolan, Owner, Geochron.
- August 27—John Kruk, N9UPC, National Sales Manager Amateur Division, Yaesu
